Where are our products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Costa Mesa, CA.
ALL orders over $99.00 enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days and are excluded from processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when anticipating delivery.
Sometimes you will enjoy a fun discount during an awesome sale and we will require 1 extra business day to process these orders. Please know we try our best to staff accordingly and meet our 1-2 day shipping window.
You may select from Standard Shipping (2-10 business days depending on USPS and your location in the US), or Priority Mail (1-3 business days). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We use UPS and USPS for domestic orders and at this time we do not ship internationally.
You will be notified by text message regarding back ordered and/or oversold items.
If you track a package and it is lost in transit please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look into this ASAP. If, upon investigation, it is confirmed that your order is lost in transit or has been delivered to a different address than the one you provided, we will replace your item(s) or issue a full refund to your credit card.
However, if the shipping carrier confirms the package was delivered and has therefore been misplaced or stolen we are not responsible and will not issue replacements or credits.
When shipping back a return and using your own label you are responsible. We recommend insurance and a tracking number so that we can confirm the item has been delivered. We will not refund for returned items lost in transit or shipped to an incorrect address. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
