Shop Common Thread is a women's boutique built around one idea: getting dressed should feel easy. We carry chosen pieces for real women with full lives and help them actually put outfits together. No overwhelm, no guesswork, just confidence walking out the door.

We have two locations in Orange County and a team that genuinely loves what they do. We're looking for one more Sales Stylist to join us at our River Street Marketplace store in San Juan Capistrano.

Who you are:

  • You leave people feeling better than when they walked in
  • You actually listen — and you pick up on the cues. What she's asking for, what she's pulling off the rack, what she hasn't said yet
  • You work hard and do it happily
  • You show up with good energy, even on a slow Tuesday
  • You notice what needs to be done and just do it
  • You're available Wednesday through Sunday with mid-shift availability
  • You're someone who sees where you could go, not just where you are

Sales experience is a bonus. What we care about most is that you're warm, dependable, and a great teammate.

What you'll be doing:

  • Connecting with customers and helping them find outfits they love
  • Supporting fitting rooms and following through on client needs
  • Keeping the floor looking good and easy to shop
  • Contributing to a store experience that makes women want to come back
  • Showing up as a team player every single shift

The details:

  • 15–29 hours per week
  • 3–4 days per week, Wednesday through Sunday
  • Must have mid-shift availability
  • Year-round position, not seasonal
  • $18/hour, no bonus during the training period. Once training is complete, eligible for a monthly bonus on the months the store is profitable
