At Shop Common Thread, we’re expanding both our online and brick-and-mortar presence, and we’re looking for passionate team players to join us on this exciting journey.

We’re currently hiring for a Part-Time Sales Lead at our River Street Marketplace location to help us create memorable customer experiences and bring our brand to life at our beautiful new shop.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive energy and a can-do attitude—you’re someone who shows up and shines.
• A go-getter with a growth mindset—you’re always looking to improve and take initiative.
• A true people person—connecting with customers is what drives your day.
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
• Availability for 3-4 shifts per week (18–24 hours) including at least one weekend day.
• Comfortable working between 9:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Sales experience is a bonus—but more than anything, we value hospitality, heart, and a desire to grow.
