We’re a growing women’s boutique looking for a reliable, motivated Operations Assistant to support our shipping department and executive team. This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist the shipping department with packing and shipping client orders accurately and on time
- Enter and help manage purchase orders
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks for the CEO and President
- Assist with general office and boutique operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A go-getter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working on computers and learning new systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Prior retail, shipping, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required - we will train!
Job Details:
- Part-time position - 24-28 hours a week
- In-office only (office located in Costa Mesa)
- Starting pay: $20/hour
