Returns and Exchanges
We offer exchanges or returns for store credit only within 30 days of order fulfillment. All sale items are final sale. Please note that all Return Authorizations are valid for 5 days and items sent back after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted. We limit the timeline for returns so that we can ensure our items are always fresh for all of our amazing clients!
All returned items must be in original condition with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. Items that have been worn, altered or used are not eligible for return.
All returns and exchanges can be made by mailing items to our warehouse after following the steps below OR local clients may make returns and exchanges in our flagship store:

The Returns Process
ReturnsNot in love with your item? No problem! Follow these easy steps for making a return:
Step 1: Complete the form below and include your full name, order number and the description of the items you would like to send back. Please be sure to tell us if you will mail back with your own shipping label or if you will need us to email a USPS return label.
Please note, when you choose our label we will deduct $5 from the amount of the credit upon receipt.
Step 2: We will email you an RA number to be used for your return. If you chose to receive a mailing label we will email that a well. **Please note you must use our return label within 48 hours or it will expire.**
Step 3: Please pack up the items that you plan to return and include a copy of your original receipt with your RA number written on the top. Use our return label or mail with your shipping label to:

When using our return label we will have the tracking information, however if you are using your own shipping carrier please be sure to note the tracking information. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or shipped to an incorrect address.

Damages and Defects
Did you receive an item with a damage or a defect? Please complete the form below and include your full name, order number, item description and photo of the damage. We will follow up within 2 business days with replacement details.
