Who You Are:

• You’ve got 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality, and you know how to lead with heart and hustle.
• You’re connected to Orange County and have a love for Costa Mesa/Newport Beach and the surrounding communities.
• You’re organized, action-oriented, and able to lead by example.
• You bring energy to the floor, love styling, and truly care about every customer who walks in.
• You thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• You’re available 5 days a week, including one weekend day.

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and leadership
• Cultivate a strong team culture built on trust, positivity, and personal growth
• Help lead events, community outreach, and sales strategies
