How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items, for store credit, within 30 days of fulfillment date.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exhange
• They must be in original condition
• Underwear are final sale
• Bathing suit bottoms must have liner attached
• For clothing & shoes items must be unwashed, unworn & have tags attached
• Items must be in the original packaging
• All Return Authorizations are valid for 5 days and items sent back after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted

Are there any charges for return?

• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your credit
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my credit?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit refund
• If you are approved, then your credit will be processed within 5 working days
